If you are a lucky winner of the PCSO Philippine Lotto Draws, the deadline for claiming your PCSO Lotto prize winnings is one year from the date of draw.

For example, if you won a Philippine Lotto Draw on January 1 this year, you can claim your lotto prize winnings until January 1 next year.

This is according to the amended Republic Act No. 1169 which states in Section 6, subsection A that "Prizes not claimed by the public within one year from date of draw shall be considered forfeited."

Unclaimed prizes will form part of the Charity Fund and will be used accordingly.

This holds true for both jackpot winners and consolation prize winners and for all PCSO Philippine Lotto Draws including the Philippine Lotto 6/42, Mega Lotto 6/45, Super Lotto 6/49 and Grand Lotto 6/55 Draws.

If your lotto prize winnings amount to Php20.00 up to Php5,000.00, you can claim them at any authorized lotto outlet or at the PCSO Provincial District Offices in your area.

On the other hand, if your lotto prize winnings amount to more than Php5,000.00 up to Php200,000.00, you can claim them at any of the PCSO Provincial District Office or at the PCSO Main Office in Pasay City.

Here are the lists of PCSO Provincial District Offices:

However, if you are the lucky winner of the jackpot prize, you should claim your winnings only at the PCSO Main Office at the Philippine International Convention Center, CCP Complex, Pasay City.
